Long fermented hand made available in Plain, Cheddar/Jalapeno, Sweet Onion and Cinnamon/Raisin.
NO INFLAMMATORY OVER-PROCESSED WHITE SUGAR!!!!!! I use ORGANIC Munkfruit, Coconut Sugar, Local Honey, Maple Syrup or Organic RAW sugar .

I make Artisan Handmade Sourdough Breads, Bagels, French Breads, Baguettes, Italian style Flat breads and Sourdough treats. I only use Organic Stone Ground flours and NO INFLAMMATORY WHITE SUGAR

... like so many other folks who have been blessed to see their 5th decade, My blood work starter going in the wrong direction. Elevated blood sugar, inflammation markers, hypertension and other signs pointing to pre-type 2 diabetes might be on the horizon. My Physician's assistant suggested that I eliminate all white sugar and white flour from my diet. Ok, I am a baker! and those two are key ingredients in my life. So I set out on a journey to gather knowledge and then apply that knowledge to my life. Out went all white sugar, white flour AND anything that contained HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP. That removed about 75% of my entire refrigerator, freezer and pantry! Focusing more on the insulin resistance, I started practicing longer periods of fasting during the day and shorter hours of feasting. I refuse to eliminate bread from my life so the healthy choice of authentic, stone ground organic, naturally leavened sourdough was the obvious answer. From that mustard seed a passion grew into what I lovely (and Legally in the State of Idaho and City of Riggins) call RIGGINS DAILY BREAD. Side note: I have eaten my sourdough everyday and 1 year later my blood work is now PERFECT....BOOM!

I start feeding my sourdough starter Saturday evening. Prep Sunday and Bake Monday through Friday for Breads, Bagels, Pizza and French Bread
